Bring charts, tables, timelines, diagrams and supported interactive dashboards into the room where your team discusses the work.
What are interactive AI answers in Roomcord?
Compatible agents can return structured answers inside Roomcord: charts, metrics, tables, code blocks, timelines, Mermaid diagrams and Kanban boards. Supported room dashboards can include actions and HTML downloads. Available formats and actions depend on the agent, client and enabled rendering capabilities in your environment.
Choose the format that makes the decision clearer
Use a table to compare supplier options, a chart to inspect a trend, a timeline to discuss a launch sequence, or a diagram to explain a dependency. Keep the question, sources and interpretation together in the room so teammates can review the same result.
Illustrative request: “Compare these three launch options in a table. Link the sources, mark missing costs as unknown and show which assumptions change the recommendation.”
Move from viewing to a supported action
Where enabled, dashboard controls let people interact with the result and trigger configured actions. HTML downloads provide a file people can keep or share. The actions available depend on the dashboard and its connected handler. A click should have a clear purpose and use the same permission boundaries as the underlying workflow. An interactive answer does not grant extra access to another room or business tool.
Check the evidence behind the display
A polished chart is still only as reliable as its inputs. Ask for sources, the period covered and missing values. Distinguish measured results from estimates and examples. Review the data before approving consequential work, and check what a dashboard action will change.
A room dashboard and the planned boss view serve different purposes
Interactive room output presents a particular answer or workflow. The decision-engine boss view is being developed to show exceptions, pending decisions and commitments across rooms. Rendering a dashboard does not mean the full boss view or auto-board has shipped. Explore boss view, see the Roomcord overview or discuss your first room.
