Information we handle

Bewize operates this website. We aim to collect only the information needed to deliver the site, understand whether its content is useful, and respond to inquiries.

• Optional website analytics. If you select “Allow,” Google Analytics 4 records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, and interactions with demo or contact links. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google Analytics is not loaded if you decline or have not made a choice.
• Contact communications. Selecting an email link opens your own email application. If you send an email, we receive the address, message, and other information you choose to include so we can respond.
• Hosting and security data. Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time of access, to deliver and protect the website.

We do not sell personal information or use website analytics for targeted advertising.

Cookies and your choice

Google Analytics may set analytics cookies only after you select “Allow.” Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the notice does not reappear on every page. Selecting “No thanks” keeps Google Analytics off. You can change the choice at any time by clearing this site’s browser storage and revisiting the site.

Service providers and international processing

We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the website and Google Analytics to measure site usage when permitted. These providers may process information in countries outside your location under their own security and data-transfer arrangements.

Retention

The Google Analytics property is configured to retain event-level data for two months. Aggregated reporting may remain available for longer. We retain direct communications only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Hosting and security logs are retained according to the relevant provider’s settings.

Your choices and rights

You may decline optional analytics without losing access to the website. Depending on where you live, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information associated with you. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
